In an era when authentic creative pathways are narrowing, Inkspire.gallery hosts two illustration contests each year to open new doors for artists to experiment, grow and publish. Our contests offer professional-level prompts and guidelines that mirror real-world book production—inviting both mastery and creative freedom within an encouraging, artist-centered environment.

The Grand Prize winner of Inkspire.gallery’s Spring 2026 Illustrator Contest will receive a $300 USD cash prize. In addition, their artwork will be featured on the chapbook cover and on a full interior spread. The winning artwork and an accompanying artist profile will also be showcased on Inkspire.gallery.
